To our mass market Internet access customers

In Accordance with the FCC Net Neutrality Order

Alteva will not prevent users of our service from sending and receiving the lawful content of their choice; running lawful applications and using lawful services of their choice; or connecting their choice of legal devices that do not harm the network or the provision of Internet access service, facilitate theft of service, or harm other users of the service.

Alteva will not unreasonably discriminate against any lawful Internet content, application or service in a manner that causes meaningful harm to users of our service or to competition.

Alteva will continue to disclose accurate and relevant information in plain language regarding the characteristics and capabilities of our service offerings so that users of our service can make informed choices (costs); (commercial terms of service); (our privacy policy) and (our acceptable use policy).

Additionally, Alteva practices include:

Monitoring and maintaining our networks to ensure no congestion;

Using all reasonable commercial efforts to sustain the performance of our broadband Internet access.
